Peter Victor Jones

Peter Victor Jones has worked in search since 2008, more than 18 years. His early work helped a business through the 2008 recession by increasing visibility and generating enquiries, which set the pattern for everything since: search systems built to produce a commercial result that can be counted, not a ranking report. His experience is concentrated on UK service businesses, where demand converts directly into leads.

Jones built and optimised the organic systems behind ADI Leak Detection, creating a lead generation engine now producing more than 20,000 qualified leads a year for UK service businesses. He has managed more than £1 million in Google Ads spend across paid campaigns. He has also built and sold a home services business, so he has been the client as well as the practitioner. He is now Co-director of ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, overseeing marketing nationally.

His work has extended into Answer Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation as behaviour moves towards generated answers. He works on the odds of a brand being mentioned and recommended by systems such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, making a business legible to machines while strengthening the authority signals that support a citation.

He developed the ECHO Framework to structure that work: Entity, Corroboration, Hooks and Output measurement. He applies it through AI visibility audits and strategic guidance for businesses adapting to AI first discovery, connecting long standing SEO experience to measurable visibility across both conventional results and generative systems.
